Delivery policy

01Digital delivery only

No physical goods are sold or shipped. There are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved. Everything you buy is delivered electronically: deployed websites and apps, source code, documents, reports and access credentials.

02Delivery times by package

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra.

03When the clock starts

I contact you within one working day of your payment to schedule the kick-off call. The delivery time starts from that call, once I have what the project needs — your content, logins or access to existing systems. The exact delivery date is confirmed to you in writing after the call.

04How delivery works

• Websites and apps are deployed to your domain and hosting account, with SSL, and the source code is pushed to a repository you own.
• Backend work is delivered as reviewed pull requests merged into your repository, with documentation and test results.
• Audits are delivered as a written report by email, followed by a walkthrough call.
• Logins, credentials and hand-over notes are shared securely and you are asked to change passwords on receipt.

You receive an email confirming each delivery, with links to everything that was delivered.

05Review and acceptance

After delivery you review the work and send your revision requests, within the revision rounds included in your package. If you paid a 50% advance, the balance is due on delivery, before the final hand-over to production. The support period on your package starts once the work goes live.

06Delays

If the project waits on you, the delivery date moves by the same number of days. If I am going to miss the date for reasons on my side, I tell you as soon as I know, with a new date. If that doesn’t work for you, you can cancel and receive a refund for the work not delivered, as set out in the refund policy.
