01What I collect
When you book a package, the brief form asks for:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Optionally, your company name, GSTIN and current website or references.
- Your preferred timeline and a description of the project.
If you contact me on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, I also have whatever you choose to send there. Like most websites, the hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
02Payment information
Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay and never reach me or this website. I receive the payment status, amount, method type and payment ID so I can confirm your booking and issue an invoice.
03How it’s used
- To understand your project and deliver it.
- To contact you about the project — kick-off, updates, delivery and support.
- To issue invoices and keep the accounting records Indian tax law requires.
- To handle refunds, disputes or legal requests.
I don’t send marketing emails and I don’t use your information for advertising.
04Who it’s shared with
Only with the services needed to run this business, and only as much as they need:
- Razorpay — to process payments. Your brief is attached to your payment order there so each order carries its project details.
- Hosting and email providers — to run this website and to correspond with you.
- Authorities — only when the law requires it.
Your information is never sold or rented to anyone.
05Your browser
This site doesn’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. While you fill in the checkout form, your brief is saved in your browser’s session storage so a refresh or a closed payment window doesn’t lose it. It stays on your device, and it’s cleared when you close the tab or complete the payment. Razorpay’s payment window may set its own cookies to process the payment securely.
06How long it’s kept
Project information is kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for support. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.
07Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information I hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, except records I must keep by law.
I respond to every request within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
